Holy Cross Receives Community Service Award

Pastor & Judy receive the award for Holy Cross.

Holy Cross Lutheran Church is the recipient of a Community Support recognition award presented by the Girl Scout Commonwealth Council of Virginia on June 8 at a luncheon at the Omni Richmond Hotel.  The award signifies the council’s appreciation of excellence and support.  Girl Scout Troop 632 has been meeting in Holy Cross’s lower level for 3 years. The church also hosts the Ashland Service Unit, a monthly meeting of local Girl Scout leaders.
